Upload and preview

Add your artwork or custom back message when your print option includes it. The live preview helps you see the placement.
Approve your mock-up

After your order and artwork are received, we send a final mock-up for approval. Payment and your approval are needed before printing.
Print and deliver

We print your approved design, then dispatch your order. Need it for a particular date? Contact us before ordering.

Turnaround and delivery

Production time

Custom garments are made to order. Production time varies with the product, quantity and design. Production takes place before the courier delivery period. Contact us before ordering if you have a deadline.

New Zealand delivery

Standard New Zealand shipping is $10, with free shipping on orders of $110 or more. Once your order is completed and dispatched, estimated delivery is generally 3–5 business days. Rural deliveries may take longer.
